Fireye 61-5745-3 - Shutter Control Module

The Fireye 61-5745-3 Shutter Drive Accessory Module is designed to provide synchronous shutter control for two UV self-check flame scanners (models 45UV5-1005 or 45UV5-1105). This module enables redundant flame monitoring in a single combustion chamber, enhancing burner safety and reliability in industrial applications.

Compatible with Flame-Monitor, MicroM, and D-Series control systems, the 61-5745-3 operates on a wide input voltage range of 102–250 VAC at 50/60 Hz, making it suitable for various installation environments. It includes standoffs for easy mounting onto a cabinet backplate and supports critical safety functions by ensuring that if either scanner detects flame, the burner continues operation — but if either fails the self-check, the system shuts down and alerts for scanner failure.
