The Fireye 95DSS2-1CG InSight Flame Scanner is a microprocessor-based dual flame scanner that combines ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) sensors for enhanced flame detection in industrial combustion systems. Designed for high-performance burner monitoring, this model includes a 10-foot cable with gland for flexible installation and connectivity.
The 95DSS2-1CG features an internal flame relay with adjustable ON/OFF thresholds, eliminating the need for a separate flame amplifier. It also includes electronic self-checking (no mechanical shutter required), ensuring continuous system integrity and safety.
An eight-character alphanumeric LED display and four-button keypad allow users to view operating parameters and configure setpoints directly on the device. The scanner supports Auto-Tune functionality, enabling automatic selection of optimal flame flicker frequency and sensor gain, with manual override capability.
