Mk7 Expansion Board - Water Level Board

The Autoflame EB70001 is an Expansion Board designed for the Mk7 Micro-Modulation (M.M.) controller to enable advanced boiler functions, primarily water level control and monitoring. It works with capacitance probes to manage boiler feedwater, prevent low-water damage, and manage swell, enhancing the safety and efficiency of the combustion management system.

Details:

• Manages feedwater valves or pump speeds based on steam generation requirements
• Interfaces with up to two capacitance probes to ensure accurate water level readings
• Provides high, first low, and second low water level protection, ensuring the burner shuts down to prevent structural damage if water levels are unsafe
• Dynamically adjusts the "control point" level, preventing false shutdowns during high-steam demand
• Designed to be used with the Mk7 MM controller to add features beyond basic combustion management, such as TDS control (total dissolved solids)
