he Fireye MBPF-100S is a single-channel flame sensor module designed for use in Fireye’s MB Series Multi-Burner Control Systems. Operating at 120 VAC, it provides both visual indication and electrical relay output to signal flame presence in a combustion chamber, ensuring safe and reliable burner operation.
Unique to the MBPF-100S is its ability to support ultraviolet (UV), self-check UV, and flame rod (FR) detection methods—either independently or simultaneously. This flexibility makes it ideal for a wide range of industrial burner applications.
The module is compatible with Fireye scanners such as UV7A, UV7R4, UV7SC, and standard flame rods. It is designed to be used with the stand-alone wiring base (Fireye P/N 60-2726) and integrates seamlessly into MB-600S systems, which can monitor up to 20 burners.
